We're offering our spacious and welcoming family home for rental, ideally for the full period from May 30 to August 10, with a minimum stay of one month considered. Our 240 metre-square home can accommodate families of all ages, and we can customise the setup to suit your needs, whether you're traveling with little ones (crib and highchair available) or older children (including access to our Lego collection).

Our home features four bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, plus a dedicated office space. The ground floor offers a bright kitchen, plenty of storage space, a scullery, a living room with piano, and a toilet. The first floor houses three double bedrooms, an office, and a full bathroom with bathtub. The second floor features a double bedroom with views of Arthur's Seat and an additional bathroom with shower.

Outdoor spaces include a front garden with trampoline and seating, plus a back garden complete with playhouse, basketball hoop, and garden furniture. We're happy to provide use of our bicycles (including children's bikes for various ages) and scooters.

Located in the Newington neighborhood, our home offers excellent connectivity with buses 12 and 24 stopping right outside, though the city centre and Edinburgh & Napier Universities are also within walking distance. Local amenities include nearby smaller shops, with larger supermarkets at Cameron Toll a 10-minute walk away. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to Blackford Hill and the Hermitage.
