Available in a quiet house for a student or professional in Wimbledon, SW19. Single applicants only, no couples or night visitors please.

The large room is fitted with LED lighting and custom made built-in storage, offering plenty of space for total independence. Includes use of shared en-suite bathroom and communal kitchen only. The bathroom is located next door to the room and is made of marble with power shower.

Available for a professional or full time student. Preference will be given to Postgraduates (Undergraduates with a mature outlook are also welcome to apply). We have for many years welcomed postgraduate international students from Imperial College, University College London, Kings College, St Georges Hospital and Kingston University in our large house. We are looking to find the right person that will also fit with our lifestyle and who will enjoy living at our home (no late nights please) .

The house is excellently located near Wimbledon College of Arts and Wimbledon School of English, a 5 minute walk from both Wimbledon Station (district line connections to Putney, Fulham Broadway, South Kensington and Victoria, direct train to Waterloo) and South Wimbledon Stations (northern line). Tram is also very conveniently behind the property, taking you directly inside Wimbledon station for access to central London in 15 mins from the doorstep.

The rent is purposely offered at a low affordable student friendly rate, which includes a £100 contribution to bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water), a total of £949 a month. Free super high speed Wifi internet is also included. One month deposit and first month's rent. Minimum commitment 6 months, happy to extend.
