This is a flatshare with one person, not a house share. I would like to share with a clean respectful flatmate (ideally a female ) who cleans after using the facilities.

The electricity to be shared £100- £120pm
The council tax is to be shared,- for a short stay we can discuss, even if you are a student, no need to pay.

-Nice cafes, restaurants and pubs around the building. Gails, italian restaurants and all the other new shops are new addition to the high street.
-Easy to commute to central.
-You never get bored around this area, many options to walk & run around the canal side.
