Room in a Shared Flat, London, N7

Hi all,

We are a couple renting out a 2 bed flat, looking for someone to take over the second room from 10th May.

Note: The room will come with a chest of drawers, wardrobe but the bed will be going after the current tenant moves out so this will be the responsibility of the next tenant to sort out a replacement.

We are looking for someone to live with long-term. We are fairly flexible with who we live with who we live with, our only preference is that the person doesn not work from home TOO MUCH, this is as neither of us work from home, and we'd like to keep it a comfortable and relaxed environment. This is obviously not a strict rule but a preference.

We are also clean and respectful of others space and are looking for someone similar.

£900 is BILLS INCLUDED as the whole rent is £2,200 and we will cover the larger half.

The area is really great with Tufnell Park station at one end of the street and Holloway high street at the other.
