Due to the unexpected relocation  to another country, for one of our tenants we actually have 2 rooms available to let for a minimum of 3 months. Property is ideally suited to a young professional, individual. 

Both rooms are en suite and are furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. The house offers, shared use of an open plan lounge, diner and kitchen which has cooking and eating utensils. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer for shared use.  There is also a room which offers shared office space and there is wifi throughout.

All bills are included in the the rental figure of £685.00 per calendar month, and rent is payable monthly and a deposit of one month's rent is payable in advance.

There is a local Coop store just 5 mins walk away, which is situated by a Bus terminus which runs into Birmingham City Centre. The main A35 which runs from Birmingham to Stratford on Avon is about a 20 minute walk away. Motorway links to the M42, the NEC and Birmingham Airport are all readily accessible.
