I’m Ela and looking for a professional, considerate, clean and sociable flat mate to share this lovely home. It’s a large modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 90 square meter spacious flat, built in 2013 in Clapham Park. The flat will be shared only with me.

There is a spacious open-plan living area with plenty of natural light, and an open plan large kitchen area with lots of storage space.

The ensuite bedroom is a double room, with a large wardrobe and some furniture included but if you would prefer to bring your own, we can sort that out beforehand.
The flat is ideally located between Clapham South and Clapham Common tube stations both about 17 min walk or short bus ride.
In the building is a 24/7 gym, Sainsbury's local.

Rent is £1,100 pcm, inclusive or water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and council tax.

A bit about me: I'm Polish in my 40thies, work in financial services. I'm clean, tidy and sociable but respectful of other people's space/time. I enjoy gym, hiking, going out with friends and binge watching the occasional Netflix show!
