Room in a Shared Flat, Honor Oak Park, SE23

Hello! Looking for a lodger. I'm Helen and I have a large double room. My 7 year old son lives here 50% of the time, so no loud music, noise or visitors please. Looking for someone very quiet, who keeps themselves to themselves and who likes kids and cats! Current lodger occasionally feeds the cat if we are away.
Shared kitchen and bathroom. The room has a chest of draws, double bed and a small wardrobe. No use of sitting room as I like my privacy and space :) Lovely home, great area. 1 minute to Blythe Hill Fields, very near Crofton Park, Brockley and Catford. Would suit a mature student / professional, wanting a comfortable and calm base. I provide loo roll, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and bin bags and do the communal cleaning. Happy to have a chat on the phone or do a video call if you would like to see the room etc. Happy to discuss price and length of stay, as I want the right person to fit into our home 😊
