Ensuite room in an 8 bed shared flat with a large kitchen. There are multiple kitchen appliances so plenty of room for everyone, a large dining table and sofa area with a TV. The accommodation itself is lovely, has really helpful and friendly staff on hand all the time, security 24/7, a reception area for deliveries, a TV room, study room, gym and dining room that can be booked for parties etc. There is also a games room and a large courtyard with heated outdoor pods and table tennis.

The location is perfect, around 10 minutes walk to Queen Street Station, 2 minute walk to the Tesco Express across the road and a 10 minute walk to a big Lidl. Cardiff University Cathays campus is a 15 minute walk away.

Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible, only reason for moving is wanting to move in with partner.
