Room in a Shared Flat, Clark Street, E1

Hello everyone!

I have sadly decided to move closer to my workplace south of the river so I am leaving my room in a split-level flat with a ground-floor entrance and super close to central London.

The place:
The flat is very pretty with a front garden which is now blooming with tulips and daffodils, and part of a block of flats with a green lawn at the centre. It is a gated estate so feels very safe with spaces to park bikes attached to our gate. It is really quiet with no noise on the estate at night. 20 minute walk from brick lane, 10 minutes to shadwell and whitechapel stations.

The flat & room:
The room is a spacious double, with plenty of space for relaxing and WFH. it comes with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and two massive cupboards for storage - no need for extra furniture! The flat is a four-bed, one-bath + extra toilet. It has a gorgeous open plan kitchen/living space which gets lots of light all through the day.

Current flatmates:
You will be living with three lovely women - one British student at Queen Mary and two French professionals working in very cool climate and social research areas. We're a friendly bunch and enjoy a chat in the evening, but all like our sleep so we're quiet by 10ish on weeknights.
