Hi all,

My current lodger is moving out soon, so I’m looking for a new friendly, professional housemate to join our lovely flat in the Southside of Glasgow. The room is available from 1st May 2025.

The Room:

* Spacious double (approx. 4m x 4.5m)
* Fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe & glass desk
* Recently recarpeted, and will be freshly painted (or you can choose a colour and do it yourself!)

The Flat:

* Top-floor (4th floor) 3-bed flat with amazing views over the Southside
* Large living room with wraparound balcony
* Modern, clutter-free kitchen and shared family bathroom
* Lazy Spa hot tub on the balcony!

We keep the flat clean and expect everyone to chip in weekly
Who You’ll Be Living With:

Me – I work in London 95% of the time, so I’m rarely home
Stephen – a good friend, chilled and friendly
We have a great social circle and enjoy cooking, Sunday lunches, and hosting dinner now and again

Location:

*Excellent transport links – Pollokshields East Station is 5 mins away (1 stop to Glasgow Central)
20 mins walk to city centre
* Close to the Barclays campus and major motorway links

Included in Rent:

All bills: electricity (fair usage), 1GB fibre, council tax, Netflix, Amazon TV, TV licence, and building management fees

What We're Looking For:

* A clean, respectful professional
* Someone with a Mon–Fri working schedule
* LGBTQ+ friendly
* Minimum stay: 6 months
* One month’s rent as deposit, rent due on the 1st of each month.
