My former housemate (similar age to me, male) will be moving out on 10th April 2025, he had a fantastic experience in the flat. You are most welcome to get a reference / speak to him beforehand to check!

There are so many amenities close-by. There's a convenience store right at the doorstep of the building entrance, which is open till late everyday.

The flat has very good transport links:

- 5 min walk to Haydons Road station
- 10 min bus ride to Wimbledon Town Centre
- 12 min walk to Wimbledon Park station (my preferred choice for my daily commute into Leicester Square)
- 10 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway station

The price listed on the ad is without bills.

For £1,300 I am happy to charge inclusive of bills, including: electricity, water, internet and council tax.

Council Tax is on London Borough of Merton's Band D.
