The place is on the ground floor and I currently rent the entire floor, which includes a spacious ensuite room, a private kitchen, and a private garden. The rent is £1,300 per month, and that includes all bills. A brand new tenancy agreement will be signed directly between you and the agency. The place comes fully furnished with a washing/dryer, fridge, dishwasher,TV, oven, etc

Also, just a heads-up , contacting the agent directly won’t help, as only I can recommend a replacement tenant, and my recommendation is final.

Please note: Given the demand for this property ,the landlord will be charging me £200 for signing a new contract and vetting of the new tenant and I would like that to be paid by you
