I have a lovely bedroom for rent in a new build house. It is big enough for a double bed with a small desk and wardrobe (to be added by me prior to occupancy).

Parking is available using the Ringo app in a visitors car park and a visitors permit is available if not in use on the day (allocated parking space 🚗)

10/15 minutes walk to Tooting Bec Station (Northern Line), Earlsfield Station and Wandsworth Common Station. Bus stop is a 2 minutes walk with buses going to Clapham Junction.

All bills and fast Broadband is included with use of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney + and Discovery + (and HayU if you like reality shows!)
