Hello, after two lovely years, I am leaving my brilliant flatmates to head to Australia and am looking for someone to fill my room.

The flat is located 5 minutes from Balham tube station, just off the high street. We are close to shops, restaurants, bars and both Tooting and Wandsworth Common.

The flat is spacious with a large sitting room and kitchen as well as a huge communal garden. The bedroom is a lovely, bright double. We have a lovely modern bathroom with a shower shared between two people.

This is a lovely flat, in a great location, with friendly, sociable and chilled housemates, Alex and Sammi.
