We have space in our flat near Portobello for someone looking for their own space in a homely , non party flat with garden

The flat is on two levels , ground and lower ground … on the lower ground are two rooms , a sitting room and small bedroom … sole use for one person …and the rent quoted is for both rooms , not per room .
Also on this level is Alex , a voice coach , who has a room at other end , a quiet and easy going guy and these are separated by a large bathroom which is shared ..:
Upstairs is me , yoga teacher and the kitchen (shared by all and garden)
Downstairs you have your own entrance
We are looking for someone easy going , independent , creative/artistic and who would like their own space here to perhaps study or relax and feel at home ..
We all go our own ways and do our own thing in a peaceful and relaxed way and yet there is needs be …
The flat is in a quiet road , with lovely neighbours , it’s furnished simply with ability to add or change your rooms should you wish
