ALL BILLS INCLUDED. One room available in my semi-detached three-bedroom extended house. Bathroom is shared with a maximum of two other people.

The room is furnished with a 140cm bed (larger than a double bed) and a new comfortable firm mattress. It comes with two built-in wardrobes, two bedside tables, a desk and a chair. I can add or remove furniture as you see fit. The room is south facing, sunny and cosy.

The entire house is decorated to a high standard for owner occupation. The kitchen is high-end with Bosch appliances. On-street parking available and easy to find at any time of the day. All bills are included.

I am looking for a professional. I myself am an engineering manager.
