Double room now available in our lovely house in Tooting Broadway!

Only a five minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube, you have the whole of London on your doorstep! The night tube also runs on the northern line. The house is also less than a 5 min walk to Aldi and a 5 min walk to the GymGroup.

The house is very homely with a lovely living room and a well equipped kitchen with a big table. There is a patio garden, which is perfect for barbecues. The house has two bathrooms. The available bedroom overlooks the garden and is quiet. There is the option for on-street parking with a resident's permit.

The housemates: Sam (25) a journalist, the other Sam (26) in the house works in sports betting and Patrick (26) is a physicist. Two of us work hybrid jobs and Patrick works five days a week in the office. We enjoy playing five-aside every other week and going to the gym, pub trips, movie nights and exploring London!

- As well as the room you will also have a very large cupboard in the hallway just outside the room for extra storage
- Rent is £725pcm
- Move in date is as soon as possible
- Bills are not-included but come to approx. £120pcm
- Deposit is £865.25 despite the ad saying 5 weeks' rent (we chose as a house to split this evenly at the start of the tenancy, as it's only a 6 month lease we're happy to split any potential losses in deposit)
- Work from home - this room does not have a desk. However, it is possible you can wfh at a table in the living room
- The room is available for the remaining of the tenancy, which runs until 14 October
