This room is on the ground floor of a town house with a big bay window making the room bright, ideal for students needing to do part time studying as it is often quiet. I work from home in the next room. The room has not long been refurbished with new furniture and carpet.  The desk has a table lamp, a wall shelf and large wall mirror above it. There is a chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe in pine furniture.  Suitable for a quiet person. Lockable room on the ground floor.  Bills included, very fast internet.  Bathroom and kitchen can be used.  Very close to amenities 3 minutes walk to bus stop which takes 4 minutes on the bus to Wood Green or Turnpike Lane undergrounds on the Piccadilly Line which takes approximately 30 minutes to centre of London.

No pork to be cooked and light cooking on Saturdays and using the washing machine anyday but Saturdays.  If need be I can always wash the clothes in the week.
