I currently have a room available to rent, in a spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached property in Wokingham (between Arborfield and Finchampstead) located on a quiet new development. The property benefits from being shared with only one other person (myself the landlady).
Finchampstead has a number of open spaces and places to go for walks, and both villages offer wonderful warm country pubs, in a friendly, safe and relaxed neighbourhood. The property is also close and accessible by bus route.
At the property there is one large kitchen with a dining area, two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs), an upstairs bathroom with a powered shower and a small garden to the back of the property with its own patio area. Property also has it's own mini gym!
The room is currently furnished with a double bed and two bedside cabinets, which offers you the opportunity to make this space truly your own. I however would also be willing to add additional pieces, if required.
Rental price is £625 pcm (including bills, wifi etc). Please contact me for more details and pictures (if required). While the current move-in date is set for January 27th, there may be some flexibility to discuss an earlier move-in if needed.
I am a professional Christian female live in landlady aged 35, so property would be ideal for another female tenant looking for a peaceful and chilled out space to call home :). As this is a quiet home, I also have a preference for a more mature tenant.
