The rooms are within an immaculately kept 4 bedroom home, not a house share, so private & peaceful. We’re looking for a single tenant, not couples for the now. 

Mark and I live downstairs with our friendly golden retriever puppy.

Bills are included along with mesh broadband wifi. Off-street parking available in this quiet residential area.

The location is quite special. The serene Cox's Pond and the River Wey are a few minutes' walk from the house & really picturesque. It’s a lovely walk down the River to Weybridge. You will also be close to the local high street with supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, Addlestone train station etc.

Our home is quiet, peaceful, well-kept and tidy so we're looking for a similar-minded person. We’re very friendly but will also respect your privacy.
