Double en-suite bedroom available to rent for a professional from Monday to Friday only as a bed sit. On weekend we need to have access to our room in our own house. We are looking for a neat and tidy tenant who will abide by the above. No smoking and or vaping is allowed in the house.

We are a family of 3 living in 4 bed house with free parking available in the rent. We are looking to rent our guest bedroom, furnished with double bed , tv , broadband and bills included . We get a cleaner to clean the house as well 2/3 per month. The bedroom overlooks peaceful green seen from the window.
