I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy in Newport, Shropshire ASAP. This is an ideal property for Harper Adams students, Harper & Keele veterinary students, or any student in the Shropshire/Staffordshire area.

I am gutted to have to be leaving this room as the property is beautiful and does not feel like student accommodation, however I need to relocate out of the county quite urgently. It is a friendly 9 bed mixed house located 5 minutes from Harper Adams and 10 minutes from Newport town centre.

It is a spacious double room with a glass door that leads out onto beautiful grounds, and the room has a desk & chair, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The communal areas are fully kitted out with household appliances (chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer), and the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and cookware. There is a large garage perfect for storage. Two bathrooms; the one upstairs has a shower bath, toilet and sink, and the one downstairs has a shower, toilet and sink.

A cleaner comes in every two weeks to clean communal areas so the house is always quite tidy.

Ample off-road parking available.

The tenancy expires on the 5th July 2025, and currently I pay rent monthly as I had been originally planning on moving out in April 2025 due to the nature of my degree.

Rent is £125 per week, bills (inc. wifi) included.
