I have a lovely first floor double bedroom in a 2 bed end of terrace house that is currently situated near the Alderley Edge golf club and is a 5 mins drive to both Wilmslow and Alderley Edge, including their respective train stations. The house is situated at a convenient location of 15-20 mins drive to both Knutsford and Manchester Airport as well. There’s a lovely café that’s situated just a minute’s walk away from the house, should you wish to indulge in a leisurely late morning or early afternoon brunch.
The double bedroom comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, double bed and bedside tables. A space in the corner of the room provides an opportunity for a desk space should you wish to work from home.
I will be living in the second double bedroom on the same floor and the rental would be let on a shared housing basis. There is a modern, recently renovated bathroom on the top floor and a further toilet downstairs.

There is a spacious lovely patio to the back which offers south westerly sunshine on sunny days. There is ample off-street parking and a dedicated parking space for the property, which is free to use should you wish to.
I am a working professional myself and mostly out of the house on long shifts and would ideally be looking for a professional or mature student (preferably male), non-smoker with or without pets. I am open to any form of short term rentals, monthly rolling contracts or long-term rentals. If you would be working from home mainly, we would need to negotiate a favourable rental price for both parties due to utility costs.
