I am a decent bloke 47 keep myself to myself.I am looking for a male aged 18 to 48.To work full time and no DHSS at all.To be single so not 2 in there.Your room is bigger than mine a brand new carpet in ml then now it is empty so you have to put your own bed in.Living room has a new white carpet put down a three sofa TV books dvds more.Hallway goes from door step to round the corners a brand new floor also has just been put down.Kitchin has w washer microwave chip pan fridge more.Bathroom in a couple months I am having a big shower built in over bath so then I will decorate it.My room has double bed and 65 inch TV.I have a dog called Ben he is pedigree golden retriever he good mate.I have cable TV in living room my room 250 channels Inc sky movies and on top I have Flitlix Paramount plus Apple TV Discovery plus MGM and Lionsgate all on app.Broadband is speed 560mb which is very fast.I lived in NYC Los Angelou's and London so don't know to many here so I hope I get on with you.All the bills included brand The rent is £340.00 a month and a first month as deposit.
