*** This is a short term let / serviced accommodation ideal for temporary corporate or contractor accommodation or holiday let.  We are prohibited from being able to offer a tenancy, just a licence to occupy.***  We welcome guests who wish to stay from 2 days to 28 days and so guests are charged on a daily rate of £115 per day for up to 6 guests.  We are have a winter promo rate.

• All adult guests are required to read and sign our terms and conditions which include " Guests agree that the booking is for a short-term stay for leisure, business, or temporary purposes as defined by the Housing Act 1988 Schedule 1 paragraph 9. Guests cannot claim the property as their primary residence. It cannot be construed as an assured tenancy under The Housing Act 1988 (as amended) or lease and is an excluded agreement within the meaning of s.3A(7)(a) of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977. All our guests have a licence to occupy; it does not create an assured tenancy or lease."
