The main living area and kitchen-diner is large and light with trifold doors and roof lights. The new kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven and halogen hob. It is fully equipped for self catering and entertaining with an extendable 6-8 person dining table and chairs, a sofa and coffee table and breakfast bar in the large island unit. Outside, a patio area and lovely grassy garden are perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. With outside lights and the trifold doors to the house, it is ideal for indoor-outdoor living.
The house is tucked away in a cul-de-sac near the centre of the village, with free parking. Buses go approx every hour to Oxford city centre. it is an ideal short-let property, with landlords living in the neighbouring village to help you during your stay.
Pets are allowed, with a surcharge for extra cleaning at the end of the tenancy.
