- Due to the age of the property, there are no level thresholds and the stairs are not ideal for those with movement or sight difficulties.
- Applications will only proceed with tenants able to pass reference and credit checks.
- We need to ensure you can afford the property for the long term. Therefore you will need a minimum household income of £44,700 per year to be eligible. This can include benefits. Guarantors may still be required.
- Annual rent increases will be included in the contract terms. These will be based on local rent, capped at CPI in accordance with government guidance.
- You will need to maintain the gardens to the front and the rear as this is a well kept neighbourhood. - There is a convenant in the deeds which prohibits commercial vehicles being parked on the close. If we receive any notice that a commercial vehicle is being parked and must be removed, this will have to be passed on. (Although some others have commercial vehicles with no issues).
