THE GARDEN has recently been designed, with a round patio set in gravel with scented lavender & Bee loving plants. The garden is sunny & spacious and shady in part, a bench site under the walnut tree for afternoon shade OR you can sunbathe in the full sun
There is a shed for the secure parking of bikes.
PARKING I recommend to tenants that they off load on the front but then park their car on an adjoining road, where parking is free to protect their car
