THE TERM:
We give preference to long term tenants. Our minimum tenancy term is 6 months at the prices advertised.

THE SECURITY:
● Long term security - We ask for the last 2 weeks rent in advance, which is equal to 2 weeks rent.
(So on your last month you will only need to pay for 2 weeks as you would have already paid for the last 2 weeks in advance.)
● Bad credit? It happens. You only need to pay an extra month's rent in advance and show pay slips or bank statements.
