Smart double room for single/double let from 29th Sept 2024 in a shared house, Bagshot, about 100m from Waitrose. The price is based on a 3 month let, shorter periods are negotiable. Average shared bills are included - including broadband.  The total is per calendar month not 4 weeks. 

The house is a short walk to Bagshot train station (Waterloo is approximately 55 minutes by train), 5 mins drive M3 J3 and 2 miles to Camberley town centre. It is a mixed shared house. Facilities include communal TV, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave etc. Satellite connections pointing to Hotbird and Astra2 cabled to each room but you have to provide own receiver if you already have SKY box it will work.  Rooms are cleaned every week and communal areas 3 times per week. There is off street parking to the side of the house and more around the corner if required. 

Refs and deposit are required.  We carry out full ID checks.  Currently we are on a fixed price gas and electric traffic until end August 2025 so there will be no massive increase in unit cost for gas and electric during this winter season.
