We have one second floor, double room available in this 5 bed house with a large, well equipped kitchen and utility room and a separate living room. Your room has a second separate room also available to you, ideal to use for additional storage, a small sitting room etc. 

All bills are included…council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband and we provide a regular cleaner for the shared parts of the house.

Housemates are a mix of male and female and all are working. This room is for one person only - no couple or families, due to licensing regulations.

The house is an easy walk into Barnsley town centre and has good access to bus routes, shops, motorway etc.

The rent is £475 a month (£110 a week) and the deposit is £150. If you’re not working full time, you’ll need a guarantor who is in full time employment.
