On drive car parking will always be available both at front and rear of property (two spaces at the front, 1 at the rear)

Shared with 1 single working professional 

Fortnightly cleaner employed to keep shared areas clean

Shared bathroom

Designated Office or study space: for tenants needing to study or work the property has a study room/office which can be made available for the tenants use only

Private outside space at rear of property for those sunny days

All bills included: use of Wi-Fi, access to Netflix, Now TV etc

House Rules:

🛌 Overnight guests by exception only
🧹 Contribute to cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas
📑 For important items they will need to be covered by your own insurance policy as the house policy will not cover it

About Me:

Hi, my name is Becky! I have available a room within my house which I purchased back in February of this year.
I work full time in an office role (hybrid working pattern) and the house tends to be pretty quiet.
Occasionally I have friends or family visiting but if I have a house mate I would be sure to notify them so they are aware. The house is three story with two sitting areas, two living spaces, two bedrooms and 2 toilets (one of these being the main bathroom)
I am quite busy and tend to keep to myself. The room would be best suited to another working professional and ideally somebody who likes living in a clean and tidy space.
I’m vegan but sharing with meat eaters isn’t an issue for me. I also do voluntary work and attend religious meetings twice a week so that keeps me quite busy.
