Room in a Shared House, Bickington, EX31

I’m preparing a room in my family home for a suitable person to move into on a winter lease. We are a three generation household, mainly female and would consequently prefer a woman. The room has an en-suite shower and toilet, a small double bed and good sized chest of drawers and storage above the entrance door and some shelf’s. Furnishings not set in stone as different people have different requirements. I could a chair and table or a comfy chair or desk for it.
