Wilmington is a 15-20 minute drive from central Bath or 30-40 minutes from Bristol. There are no amenities in Wilmington, so having a car is essential.  The nearest shop or pub is around 2 miles away through single track rural lanes. What we do offer on your doorstep it amazing rolling countryside and a quiet rural lifestyle.  The farm has resident cats, dogs, horses, cows and chickens a plenty, so you must be comfortable around animals.

The flat consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Oil central heating. Integrated whitegoods include washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus a stand alone electric cooker.  There is a designated parking area suitable for a maximum of 2 vehicles (with additional space for visitors parking).
