To make an offer, you will need to complete the below 2 steps in the following order:
1. Send through an enquiry with your email address to receive a link to the "TENANCY OFFER FORM". Please only submit this form if you are serious about proceeding to let the property. 2. Once the landlord has confirmed they would like to proceed to referencing, pay the holding deposit of £150 per tenant.
