Also it is an easy quick drive and a short journey on the bus. To get into town you take a bus down the hill, this is a short bus journey. 

 The village of Combe Down is nearby which has a pub, the popular Daring Deli cafe, late opening co-op, fish and chip shop and weekly pizza van.  Very close to the house is a small coop, post office, bakery and chemists. There are other student houses nearby and one next door. 

There is gas central heating with a timer, radiators with thermostatic valves s as bd the windows are double glazed. 

The house has an HMO licence and all the required gas, electric and pat test certificates.
