The location is particularly good for cycling to the University of Bath as it is relatively close to the uni on the same level, and much of the cycle route off the road. Also it is an easy quick drive and a short journey on the bus. To get into town you take a bus down the hill, this is a short bus journey. 

 The village of Combe Down is nearby which has a pub, the popular Daring Deli cafe, late opening co-op, fish and chip shop and weekly pizza van.  Very close to the house is a small coop, post office, bakery and chemists. There are other student houses nearby and one next door. 

There is gas central heating with a timer, radiators with thermostatic valves s as bd the windows are double glazed. 

The house has an HMO licence and all the required gas, electric and pat test certificates.
