There is private parking available by seperate negotiation.

There is a garden and seating area to the front.

Whilst 2 of the residents do smoke, they do it outside.

It is Gas Central Heating with constant hot water and the Wifi is fast and unlimited.

The flat is kept very clean by the current residents, you will be expected to clean up after yourself in communal areas immediately after every use - please dont apply if this isnt how you intend to live.

I am a private landlord and member of the NRLA and use their standard AST agreement.
