Room in a Shared Flat, Twerton, BA2

I am looking for a lodger to let out the spare room in my flat. The price is inclusive of all bills (including wifi), and the room comes fully furnished. I also provide certain household amenities such as cleaning products, detergent, toilet paper, tea, and cooking oil for your use. If you would require extra furnishing such as a fold-away desk, this can be provided upon request.

This is my home and you would be sharing the space with just me. Your room would be your own and your privacy respected. The bathroom, and kitchen/living area is shared.

There are two local convenience shops a minute walk away. 5-10 minutes walk away is a LIDL and M&S. Oldfield Park station is a 10-ish minute walk away, plus many local bus connections right by the flat. You can walk into the centre in roughly 25 minutes depending on your pace. There is space for a bicycle in the entranceway if needed under the stairs. There is plenty of parking on the nearby streets that does not require a permit if you have a car, but no dedicated parking spaces.

I am a young professional and live in the other room in the flat. I am very sociable and love to socialise, meet new people, and go on adventures.
