Looking for someone to take over my tenancy (ending in August) as I’m finishing my course and going on placement in April. You’d be living with three friendly, easy-going Bath Spa students who enjoy socialising but also respect each other’s space. I am open to moving out earlier if you are eager to move into the property a few months earlier.

Spacious Room: The largest room in the house, featuring a queen-sized bed (not a double!).
Furniture Option: I’ll be leaving behind my bookshelf and desk, which can be purchased at a discounted price if interested.

University of Bath: 15-minute drive (or 40-minute bus ride)
Bath Spa (Locksbrook): 10-minute drive (25-minute bus ride)
Bath Spa (Newton St Loe): 10-minute drive (35-minute bus ride)
