Hey there! I've got a double room up for grabs in my semi-detached house in Bean, Dartford. We're pretty close to Bluewater Shopping Centre, and there's a bus stop right on the road with D2, C1, and Connect 1 buses for easy travel.

Double Room (£700 per month): This one's larger, with a big wardrobe, lots of space under the bed, and an extra cupboard for stuff you don't use often. There's room for a desk, and you can put a TV on the shelf. The color of the room is currently a dark green but it will be painted to a lighter duck egg grey before you move in. 

Shared Stuff:

You'll have access to the living room, kitchen (we've got all the appliances), downstairs toilet, upstairs shower room and toilet, and the garden.

Other Info:

All bills are included in the rent.

We've got a few house rules to make sure everyone's cool and gets along.

There's a 3-month trial period, then it's a 6-month minimum contract.

The deposit is £700 for the double, with one month's rent upfront.
