Situated in the village of Sharnbrook, North Bedfordshire, the house is within the renowned Sharnbrook School catchment area, close to Unilever's Colworth site and Science Park. Sharnbrook has a well-regarded Primary school in the village.
Sharnbrook village is well supplied with Co-Op and local stores, post office, pharmacy, independent butcher and several pubs, as well as a theatre. There is a well-equipped children's playground about 200 yards from the house and social club on the green.
For London commuters, it's a short drive to Bedford or Wellingborough train stations (EMR and Thameslink mainline stations).
The house is situated in Grange Gardens, which is a well-established and quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village. This terraced house looks out onto the green, with lawns and mature trees.
