Your studio comes with a memory foam mattress and a double bed. In addition, you will be provided with a double wardrobe with drawer storage and a bedside unit.
You will also have your fridge/freezer in the kitchenette.
We provide a fully equipped shared kitchen for tenants to prepare food.
There are laundry facilities in the basement with washing machines & dryers for tenants.
The building has been completely refurbished and remodelled. It offers CCTV throughout the shared areas and a Keyless Entry system. This is a secure building, and parking is also available.
We also have a weekly cleaner who cleans all shared/communal areas.
What's included?
TV licence, Utility bills—gas, Electricity, and Water—, Unlimited Broadband, regular cleaning of all spaces except your bedroom and bathroom, supplies, and service charges are included in the quoted rent.
What's not included?
Band A Council Tax is payable to Bedford Council. Being a single occupant, you can receive a 25% discount on the annual council tax bill.
We have a dedicated maintenance team on hand to fix anything that goes wrong as quickly as possible. Whether it's a broken appliance or a blown bulb, we will get it sorted straight away.
The Best Bit
We don't tie you into a 12-month contract, we start with a 6-month contract as we understand that situations can change. If you need to leave for any reason, all we need is 2 months notice.
Please note that the holding deposit once paid may be non-refundable. If you make an application for a property and the landlord is unable to proceed with the tenancy due to a change in their circumstances, the full holding deposit will of course be refunded. This will be returned by bank transfer.
If the application is not successful as a result of references received that are not favourable or the tenant decides not to proceed then the holding deposit will be retained.
