Room in a Shared House, Farnham Street, BT7

Great location for queens university students only 10 minute walk from the library and 15 minutes from the student union, also only 15 minutes down the embankment to the PEC. I am a medical student myself and I am looking for 2 other students to live with me who are clean, tidy and could potentially be in the same field as me but not a necessity. I myself am a pole vaulter and I am interested in sport so I would like someone who likes that too or has similar hobbies. 
Both rooms will have at least a queen bed with storage inside and also have wardrobe and desk.
The rent is £300-350 depending on the room as one is larger than the other. This does not include bills.
There is work being done over the summer, the house will be redecorated and the furniture will be changed so the pictures are only to show layout as the furniture in the rooms will slightly change and it will be all newly painted.
The back alleyway of the house is gated so it is very safe and only gets open when bins are due.
