Located in quiet, residential Upper Belvedere and 10 minutes' bus ride from Abbey Wood station (end of Elizabeth line) in Zone 4, the semi-detached house has THREE bedrooms in total for the use of the tenants; on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all benefitting from a family bathroom on the same floor, there is also a fourth bedroom (previously converted from a garage) on the ground floor, which has an en-suite toilet and shower room leading straight into a landscaped back garden, but it will be retained for the use of the landlord; however, the en-suite toilet will be accessible by the tenants. The ground floor also has a living room and a dining room which leads into the back-garden with a useful shed in situ. There is enough space for one car parked on the gated driveway in the back garden. Nuxley Village is only 5 minutes’ walk away where you will find a Sainsbury's Local and a Coop Supermarket, as well as a well-stocked Turkish grocery which opens 7/24. There are three good grammar schools and half-a-dozen primary schools in the area.
Regarding the question of (un-)furnishing, we would be happy to leave the right tenants white goods, such as fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, which are all in good order for their use, BUT the tenants will have to replace or repair them if they break down - as a landlord, we will NOT be responsible for them once the tenancy has started. Bedframes, mattresses and wardrobes can all be left for the tenants' use. All this has to be agreed upon and finalised when an inventory is compiled. Any furniture or white goods left for the tenants' use are left on a goodwill basis. Otherwise, please assume that the house will NOT be furnished at all. There is room for such discussion at viewings.
