Room is clean, warm, spacious, furnished. Good quality bed and mattress. Flat is split in 2 floors: kitchen, small bathroom and this large bedroom on the first floor and the rest of the bedrooms on the second floor (maisonette). This ensures a lot of privacy for this large bedroom. Household: Very nice household, quiet, responsible, only professional people share: 2 females and 1 male currently live at the property (occupied 2 double rooms and 1 single room by 1 person per room only).

Very clean, responsible, quiet, professional, who would enjoy a feel of almost own apartment within calm household.  Non-smoker, no pets.

Couples would be considered, but preference will be given to one occupant.
