THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2.5 miles away from Central Margate and is a bit of a secret. A much safer and quieter town it’s really nice to live in, and the well known Viking coastal walk / cycle route is just a few hundred metres from the door. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and a 7 min ride to Margate Central Train Station. There is also direct access 1.5 miles down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London etc.
HOUSEMATE REQUIREMENTS:
Clean/tidy, trustworthy and respectful to the property. Lodgers must be in full time employment (at least 1 lodger if in a couple situ) & be able to cover the rent with no issues. Proof of employment will be required and i reserve the right to ask for references and carry out any necessary tenant history checks. Copies of ID’s and previous addresses will need to be provided.

As an animal lover I accept dogs (only dogs). Dogs must be fully housetrained and properly socialised. I care about animal welfare so unfortunately i do not accept puppies or non agile dogs due to the steepish stairs in the property.
