This room is perfect for couples and pets. The 2nd bedroom (£700 ) in the main house which is a Lovely Bright Double decorated in french style and comes with a dining room and a shared living room.
THE AREA:
Birchington lies just 2 miles away from Central Margate. Birchington Train station is a 5 min walk and a 7 min ride to Margate Central Train Station. Birchington is a great little town to live as it also has direct access less than a mile down the road to The Thanet Way (A299) into Canterbury / London.
THE RENT / CONTRACTS:
ALL Bills Included / No Hidden Costs.
Heating, Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax (Band B), Netflix, Amazon Prime, BT Sport, WiFi.. Official Contracts are signed. A Deposit is taken (receipt given) to safe guard against damage / non payment of rent and is handed back in full on the day of vacation of the property.
