We have this fantastic, spacious room available at our Curlew Grove property. This house is a short walk from Birchwood Park making it ideal for anyone working in the technology industries based there.

Birchwood shopping centre and Birchwood train station are both just 10 minutes walk away, providing easy access to Liverpool and Manchester as well as to Warrington town centre. For drivers, there is on street parking on this quiet road.

Facilities include 2 full bathrooms and an additional WC making sure there's plenty to go round.

Birchwood is a very leafy area with nature reserves close by. Birchwood Leisure and Tennis Centre is also within easy reach (a ten minute walk away).

All bills are included in the rent* and we have Free WiFi as well as a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.
