The neighbours are great and there is a friendly atmosphere in the apartment block. We are searching for someone who will fit in with the neighbours and add to the nice atmosphere on the block. 

I would like to rent the flat out as a whole. The flat can be furnished on request. The move in date can be brought forward if needed
