★Living/dining area
The living area is furnished with plush sofas, creating a space where you can relax and unwind after a long day of travel or work. Boasting a 55 inch Smart TV's, you can connect your personal entertainment devices or games console and stream popular services such as Netflix, Disney + and Prime. Board games also provided as a great way to spend the evening. The dining table can seat 6 guests comfortably and is extendable at your request.

★Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to show off your chef skills! It features modern appliances such as a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher as well as all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals during your stay. Complimentary teas, coffees, coffee pods and biscuits welcome you on your arrival to help start your morning off the right way.

★Bedrooms
The four bedrooms are elegantly decorated and exude warmth and comfort. Each room comes complete with cosy orthopaedic beds which can be used as either king beds or single beds along with ample storage space for your belongings. Beds will be made as single beds unless requested from you otherwise. Please note, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for king bed requests. We will do our upmost to accommodate any later requests. Bedrooms are able to accommodate a travel cot (either upon request or supplied by you). All rooms come with their own 32 inch Smart TV so you can watch your favourite programmes in the comfort of your room.

★Bathrooms
The property has multiple bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, ensuring convenience for all guests. The family bathroom consists of a bath and shower (over bath), while the ensuite boasts a large shower. There is also a downstairs WC for guests to use. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are available for you to use.

Relax in the garden on those warm days and nights and spot a few planes along the way. Whether it's reading a book, sipping a cup of coffee, or simply enjoying the the outdoors, the garden provides the perfect spot to rejuvenate and escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

Included in the price is an end of stay professional clean. For stays of more than 14 days, we will liaise with you about additional cleans including linen and towel change during your stay. This will be charged to you directly.

With shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and transport links local to the property, our property is in a great location of Birmingham/Solihull.

✪   Prices
Prices start from £795 per week and £2,800 pcm, dependent on the number of guests staying. Deposit is refundable providing there is no damage to the property on departure.

The Home Makers Hub Ltd have been bringing serviced accommodation to locations across The Midlands since early 2023. With a wealth of previous hospitality experience, we want you to feel relaxed and comfortable when staying with us and aim to deliver that home from home feeling.

We are contactable daily between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm. If there is an emergency outside of these hours, please get in touch.
